Repeal your (physical items) purchase within 14 days.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the entire purchase price.
If your order has already been shipped or has already arrived, then please return the product in original condition (undamaged, unused) – and in the original packaging at your own expense. (For details please see our Return Policy paper, which has been attached to your order).
We will reimburse you for the product price after receiving the return package, except the shipping cost that was already incurred when sending the goods. If there were any tariffs and import taxes paid, those went to the tax authorities and cannot be refunded.
